Welcome to Hazel Sky Collection. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions governing the management and marketing of your property.
1. Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive property management, including professional marketing, cleaning coordination, and guest coordination for holiday and short-stay rentals.
2. Fees and Payment
Our fees are determined based on the property type and service requirements. All fees are due in advance upon signing the management agreement.
3. Property Ownership
Ownership and all rights to the property remain solely with the owner. We act as an independent agent to manage the operational and marketing aspects.
4. Liability and Insurance
Hazel Sky Collection is not liable for any damage to property or personal injury. We recommend that owners maintain comprehensive property insurance.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for completed services shall be settled.
